d w b For Digestion: 1) Take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Haritaki powder. 2) Mix with one cup of warm water. 3) Drink as a tea daily twice a day after food. For Dark Circle: 1) Take 2-3 teaspoon of Haritaki powder. 2) Mix with small quantity of warm water or green tea and make a thick paste. 3) Apply it on a dark circle & keep it for 20-25 minutes. 4) For best results use it 2-3 times a week.
